It is moisturizing and the colours are buildable.

Other Notes
☆ transfers, so it is better to blot and then apply
another layer if you want it to last longer
☆ 'Provoke' does stain a little when worn for a long
period of time without eating/drinking
☆ packaging is not the most appealing
☆ you can't twist the product back down :(
