Pure Heals Propolis 27 Cover Cushion

I discovered Pure Heals a few months ago and I wanted to try their CC Cream,
but it was sold out on the ibuybeauty website. I decided to give the famous cover
cushion a try :p This is actually the MOST natural cushion type product from Korea
at the moment (that I know of). Pure Heals follows the EWG's Skin Deep Database!

This is the direct link to their product, including an ingredients list, along with the Database info.
PURE HEALS PROPPOLIS 27 COVER CUSHION

I haven't seen any reviews on this so far.

Pros
☆ very good coverage (medium)
☆ a little bit goes a long way, I put on way too much at first...
☆ affordable cushion type foundation (approx. $21)
☆ gives you a very glowy complexion
☆ lasting power is good, but not for dry patches
☆ the puff/pad is really nice, it doesn't absorb the liquid
☆ very blend-able and easy to work with
☆ high SPF of 50 PA +++
☆ you can get the refill for approx. $13

Cons
☆ the foundation starts to separate a little on dry patches/skin
☆ it's not the most hygienic packaging...
☆ works only for fair skin... and I mean quite fair...

I'm probably a shade 15 or 20 in MAC (I don't wear MAC, but as a reference...)
and I find this a tiny bit light on me. It still works, but I don't like using this on
my entire face. I like using this around my cheek area because of the coverage.
I have some post acne scars from when I was a teenager on my left cheek and
I don't even need to use concealer after :) I can't use this on the lower half of
my face (around lips/chin) because I have dry patches there, most likely from
my spot treatments and it really emphasizes it... even if I exfoliate. I don't know
why... I get that with everything I have tried (concealers/foundations, etc).

The only foundation that works for me and is my holy grail, is the 100% Pure
foundation in White Peach. That is literally the only foundation I have found
that works best for me, no matter what. But this cushion may work for you,
if you like to get that very glowy-like complexion and have normal-dry skin.

This is an okay foundation for combination skin, because it does hold up quite
well, but you will definitely get a bit oily throughout the day. I do not recommend
this for oily skin though, because it's already very glowy.

100% Pure makeup & Orgnx!

I recently had to order a new toner and I have been wanting to try their concealer and foundation for a while now. The powder wasn't necessary but I didn't want to pay for shipping so might as well get something I would like to try in the future as well. I'm really glad I did... the foundation and powder is AMAZING for OILY SKIN! =p

My shade is in White Peach (2nd lightest shade they have).

Healthy Skin Foundation (Full Coverage-Satin Finish) SPF 20
I'm not sure if this is full coverage... maybe medium to full because you can kind of build it but it does cover pretty well, evens out the skin tone (I only use a tiny tiny amount so I can't say much for the coverage). The one problem with this foundation is that it dries super quick once you start spreading it onto your face... I use my fingers and I literally have to drag some of the foundation on my face for it to spread. Otherwise I think it's fantastic and would definitely repurchase again because I'm surprised at how well it controls the oil on my face! =]

Nourishing Concealer SPF 20
Okay, I don't think this concealer is nourishing... it's alright >< it kind of sucks as an under eye concealer. People with dry skin should not use this because I have combination/oily skin and I find this drying... >> it doesn't work well with covering acne because it flakes. I like to use this after the foundation to just cover post acne marks. I wouldn't buy this concealer again ><

Foundation Powder SPF 20
I am really liking this powder, it controls oil extremely well and helps to even out the skin tone. This is kind of similar to my PUR Minerals 4 in 1 pressed powder but works MUCH better at controlling oil.

I put on my makeup around 10:30 this morning and I haven't had to touch up for 7 hours. My face is starting to look a tiny bit dewy now but it doesn't look greasy. I usually have to blot my face after coming home from a small errand ex. going to the bank, but I didn't have to do that at all today because my face just looked great =]

I went to Shoppers to pick up a new dry shampoo because I'm running out of my Batiste =] I picked up the Orgnx Hair Reviver (made in Canada!!! =p) and was on sale for $8.49 (save $2) =] I haven't tried this out yet. It's not a powder but a liquid spray that works similar to a dry shampoo. It contains brown rice and moringa (plant) and is also natural. PLUS, a tree is planted with every purchase <3 smells nice too =] a bit too strong for my nose but that's because I took a sniff out of the bottle itself >>

Essence & 2True

Now, I don't really buy makeup so whenever I post makeup products, they're usually things I have been using for over 2 months+ =] and you have to know that the makeup/skincare items I buy are mostly organic/natural or at least somewhat kind to my skin lol. I check for all the ingredients before I buy something. So these items aren't that harmful, but they could have better quality ingredients, hence the prices.

I got these items when I went to the Netherlands back in December/January 2011. The foundation was around 4/5 euros? and the cheek/lip tint was around 3 euros. A steal eh? =p

Essence soft&natural make-up
I really like this light weight foundation, I use a pea sized amount just to even out my skin tone on the weekends when I'm working. I don't wear this everyday, but I have oily skin and this doesn't make me look greasy throughout the day. I still have to blot at least once a day though but that's pretty much it =] it contains ginseng root extract and a type of wood extract. It's very natural and gives light/medium coverage. I bought this at Kruidvat but etos carries it as well... not too sure where else you can get it because I don't live in the Netherlands =p I believe I'm in the lightest shade they have out of the 4.

2True cheek/lip tint
This is like a dupe of Benefit's benetint, except MUCH cheaper =p I've never used benetint so I can't really compare but I really like this as a lip tint. I haven't used it as a cheek tint yet... because it's not really what I wanted to use it for XD The only thing I don't like about this is that it comes off when you eat and drink... when you wipe your mouth, you can see the tint on the napkin. I still like to use this though, very pretty at the centre of the lips with a peachy/pink gloss on top =]
